Three days of meetings, tastings and stories at casa B.

On the occasion of Cheese 2025, casa B. opens its doors with a program full of events dedicated to food, pleasure and conviviality. Each day a selection of breakfasts, workshops, lunches, storytelling dinners, appetizers, and DJ sets with those who work every day to make food better and more sustainable.

All the events take place at casa B., between the indoor spaces and the terrace. Several of them have been organized in collaboration with the Associazione Tempi di Recupero, a reality that aims to bring attention to issues related to food waste.

During Cheese, the terrace of casa B. will be transformed into a small haven of pleasure and relaxation: a cozy space where you can stop and breathe, far from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Here you can take a break with a craft beer or a glass of natural wine, be tempted by a good ice cream, enjoy a carefully prepared filter coffee or relax with a fragrant herbal tea. A quiet corner where you can rediscover a taste for slowness and conviviality.

Reservation is recommended for all events. All events are run both in Italian and English.

We start Cheese 2025 with a busy day: divided between yoga, signature breakfasts, anti-waste ice cream, regenerative cocktails and a workshop on plant-based cheeses: at casa B., wellness is intertwined with taste, creativity and sustainability.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20

A day that begins with sunrise yoga and continues with a signature breakfast, storytelling lunches, sustainable ice creams, and a four-handed dinner: at casa B., food is intertwined with stories, virtuous practices, and creative experimentation, from morning until night.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21

A Sunday of artisan breads, farm-to-table cuisine and signature club sandwiches: from breakfasts with Forno Tondo to a shared lunches with Cascina Lago Scuro to an evening combining DJ set ond sandwiches, natural wines and cocktails, taste meets music at any time of day.
