An aperitif by Michele Di Carlo, one of the leading bartenders of the Tempi di Recupero association, on stage in Rimini at Racine. Michele, an active member of the “recuperatori” network, offers a selection of original cocktails made with regenerated raw materials and recycled ingredients, enhancing techniques such as fermentation and foraging. A format designed to raise awareness of the value of sustainability and the short supply chain, the event transforms the counter into a place of taste innovation and ethical reflection: each cocktail tells a story of recovery and environmental sensitivity.

The aperitif will be held on the terrace of Casa B.

Tickets can be purchased from the website in advance or directly at the venue. The “first come, first served” rule applies to seating. Presale can be purchased online or directly at the venue while supplies last.

The workshop will be confirmed once the minimum number of participants is reached. If the event is cancelled, paying participants will be refunded using the same payment method. Any cancellation will be communicated via email one day before the event. Tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.
