Ristorante Battaglino was born with his great-grandfather Sebastiano, a railwayman.
Alessia takes the helm of the ship. She is now carrying on the Battaglino tradition.
It was decided to renovate the upstairs to create a new project.

casa B. is a space dedicated to sharing practices and knowledge of nutrition, of the body, and of the mind. We like to think of it as a place where transformations, involving both food and people, our greatest passions, can take place. We are convinced of the fact that our individual well-being and the well-being of the environment in which we live is intrinsically connected to the way we feed our thoughts and our bodies.
Thanks to Ristorante Battaglino, we have more than one hundred years of history and tradition passed on to us, deep roots that allow us to look ahead and experiment, strengthened by experience and the mistakes that have been made. Hospitality, care, and respect for the environment are the common denominators that have always accompanied us and guided our choices.
Despite our age, we still have a great desire to grow and learn casa B. is proof of this and it represents a new starting point. Let’s launch our hearts over the hurdle, as we always have, because we think it’s right to indulge your dreams. We do so with humility and not without fear, but, at the same time, with great enthusiasm.
At casa B. you cook, you taste, you breathe, and you move, not necessarily in that order and probably not all at the same time. We do through transformative courses, seminars, and conferences suitable for all ages, held by professionals who aim to share their knowledge of nutrition, sustainable and conscious consumption, cooking in its many facets, yoga and meditation.
We want this to be a place where you feel at home, free to experiment and express yourself, where you take time for yourself, listening to and following what your stomach and your heart have to say.
