An opportunity to meet, share paths and savor the fruit of their passions transformed into concrete projects.
A gastronomic journey through territories, seasons and visions, in a collective tasting made with hands and heart:
🧀 Rustic sheep and goat cheese – from the Società Agricola Alba (Molise), a decisive and authentic tasting.
🥬 Beetroot carpaccio – by Emporio Vegetale (Chiodi Latini), for a vegetal, elegant and contemporary touch.
🥕 Artisan Giardiniera – from Brodo di Giuggiole (Francesca Piaser, Avigliana), crunchy, colorful, balanced.
🫓 Tigellina – by Marco Olivi, Bottega San Francesco (Modena).
Drink of your choice between:

The aperitif will be held on the terrace of Casa B.

Tickets can be purchased from the website in advance or directly at the venue. The “first come, first served” rule applies to seating. Presale can be purchased online or directly at the venue while supplies last.
Additional information
The workshop will be confirmed once the minimum number of participants is reached. If the event is cancelled, paying participants will be refunded using the same payment method. Any cancellation will be communicated via email one day before the event.
Tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.
