Designer ice cream as a form of recovery: an out-of-the-ordinary snack.

A snack that is also a reflection. The ice cream prepared for the occasion tells of “recovered,” seasonal, unconventional ingredients. Because even dessert can be sustainable. Is it possible that a bowl of ice cream can achieve quality and creativity of fine dining dishes? Here we have the best ice cream makers in Italy from the network of Recovery times, they confront the milk of Slow Food presidia of stable meadows, for unique and original creations and combinations, to interpret extraordinary raw materials.

In the different events dedicated to ice cream, these ice cream makers will take turns: Cinzia Otri (Gelateria della Passera in Florence), Giulio Rocci (Gelateria Ottimo, buono non basta in Turin), Stefano Guizzetti (Gelateria Ciacco in Parma and Milan), Martina Francesconi (Gelateria Gelatina in Genoa), and Gianfrancesco Cutelli (Gelateria De’ Coltelli in Pisa).
