Sunday, September 21 – 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. | Lunch with Cascina Lago Scuro and dj-set

A farm to table, convivial lunch with music curated by the crew of Cascina Lago Scuro. On one side, the stove crackles. On the other, the console pulses.

A shared lunch featuring the dishes of Cascina Lago Scuro, an agricultural community fro Cremona countryside that blends rustic cooking, gastronomic research, and organic farming. Lunch will be matched by a live DJ set. Guests will be seated at shared tables, both in casa B.’s kitchen and on the terrace.

The console is right next to the stove, and the sound waves will ripple through the chefs’ hands. Here, the dish has a BPM, and the music has a flavour.

Menu: Salads, pickled vegetables, savoury pastries, hand-chopped beef tartare, bread with butter and cured meats – Risotto – Torta di rose with zabajone and cannoncini.

From the 26th reservation onwards, guests will be seated at a shared table on the terrace of Casa B., which the chefs will also visit to explain the dishes. In case of bad weather, tables will be set up for everyone inside House B.

THE GUESTS

Cascina Lago Scuro is a farming community based in Stagno Lombardo, between Piacenza and Cremona. In addition to producing cheeses, preserves and seasonal vegetables, they promote hospitality and food culture projects with an ethical and poetic approach.
