The workshop lasts about three hours and includes sharing what will be prepared during the course.

The course will be a short journey to discover Japanese gastronomic culture through one of its most popular dishes: ramen. Yosuke and Eleonora will share their recipe and theoretical notions for the preparation of the broth and the cooking and marinating of the eggs – which would be impossible to prepare during the workshop due to time constraints – while they will prepare together the noodles and all the other ingredients to make the soup. Most of the ingredients will be of local origin.

 

TEACHERS

Eleonora and Yosuke, an Italian-Japanese couple bound by a strong passion for home cooking. Between chopsticks and forks, they turn every occasion into an opportunity to cook together, creating delicacies they love to share with friends and family. After their return from Japan to Italy, they have preserved the Japanese gastronomic traditions in their modest corner of the kitchen, which they gladly share.
