What is the best way to pamper yourself? For us at casa B., it’s a well-cooked meal. Since we really love to make our guests feel good, we want to offer you the opportunity to enjoy the flavours and traditions that have been passed down through Battaglino restaurant’s 104-year history in a private and cozy environment, including a front-row seat to the show-cooking of one of the dishes served during the meal, whether a lunch with friends or colleagues, or a candle-lit dinner for two.

TEACHER
This workshop is conducted by people who have spent a good part of their lives in the kitchen of Battaglino restaurant where the recipes of the traditional dishes have been passed down from generation to generation for over 100 years. It might be Angela, one of the historic cooks, or Alessia Battaglino, born and raised in the restaurant, or Francesca. These recipes and routines have been handed down from generation to generation and it is our great pleasure to be able to pass them on to those who would like to get closer to the Piedmontese gastronomic culture.
