Each masterclass will include an hour and a half yoga practice and an hour cooking class with Alessia Battaglino and brunch to follow. Each appointment will be dedicated to a specific theme related to the phases of the moon, and both the practice on the mat and the practice at the stove will be declined to the topic of the day. The goal is to impart notions to participants about how the body and mind are affected by the moon and the seasons and to provide them with the tools, both in the kitchen and on the mat, to help them be more resilient.

Yoga in the kitchen: practices for the senses

“Practice on opposites: discovering the archetypes of the feminine and masculine.”

A practice that combines tarot and yoga. How? We will explore together the archetypes that characterize us namely that of the sun – masculine and that of the moon – feminine. Together we will travel through these two energies both on a symbolic level, with tarot, and on a bodily level, with yoga.

TEACHER

Irene Alasia – Irene came into contact with yoga in 2010 thanks to a friend who invited her to try it. Since then she has never been separated from it, practising both in Italy and Spain where she lived for a few years. In 2021, she left her job as an employee in high fashion to devote herself full-time to her passion by enrolling in a teacher training course. Since 2022, teaching yoga has become her full-fledged job.

At the same time, she becomes passionate about and studies Jodorowsky’s Tarot and her aim is to combine these two ancient practices to bring out everyone’s talents.
