This activity includes a 2-hour course on herbs and infusions, followed by a light lunch or dinner. This workshop will introduce participants to the magical world of infusions. Together, we will experience the power of plants first-hand and learn how to combine them by following ancient traditions and methods. Participants will learn to smell and taste aromatic and medicinal plants, and to create their own mix, specific to their needs. At the end of the workshop, each participant will take home a kit of 12 medicinal herbs and a concise manual so they can continue to experiment. The workshop will be followed by a meal, in which infusions and herbs play an important role, both in terms of flavour and in reducing the need for sugar and salt.
