The Alumni Association of the University of Gastronomic Sciences<\/strong> of Pollenzo invites you to a convivial aperitif<\/strong> that celebrates the experiences, products and stories of former UNISG students<\/strong>. An opportunity to meet, share paths and savor the fruit of their passions transformed into concrete projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A gastronomic journey through territories, seasons and visions<\/strong>, in a collective tasting made with hands and heart:
\n\ud83e\uddc0 Rustic sheep and goat cheese<\/strong> \u2013 from the Societ\u00e0 Agricola Alba<\/strong> (Molise), a decisive and authentic tasting.
\n\ud83e\udd6c Beetroot carpaccio<\/strong> \u2013 by Emporio Vegetale<\/strong> (Chiodi Latini), for a vegetal, elegant and contemporary touch.
\n\ud83e\udd55 Artisan Giardiniera<\/strong> \u2013 from Brodo di Giuggiole<\/strong> (Francesca Piaser, Avigliana), crunchy, colorful, balanced.
\n\ud83e\uded3 Tigellina<\/strong> \u2013 by Marco Olivi, Bottega San Francesco<\/strong> (Modena).
